Privet [rus. Hello] let's talk about metal. Or should we talk about something else? Let's find out. Let us first discuss a little bit the metal music that I like or liked but don't really listen to anymore. I made a list. I like"Altars of Madness" by Morbin Angel. Pretty cool, but no, I haven't really listened to it in many many years. I like a one track by Survivor. You know, "Eye of the Tiger". That's a cool track, you have to admit it. I like the debut album by Deicide. Yet again something I not I'm not listening to, but I did in the past and I really liked it. And I still probably would like it if I had the time to listen to it. I really like the "Abduction of Limbs" demo by Old Funeral. Not a fan of the EP that I played on, so Old Funeral really cool before I joined it. I really like"Raining Blood" by Slayer. That is one of the best thrash metal albums ever. I like "Freezing Moon", the Mayhem track with dead on the vocals. I like"Infernal Overkill" by Destruction. Really cool thrash metal. I like a couple of tracks by Accept, like "Princess of the Dawn" and "Fast as a Shark". I like "Pleasure to Kill" by Kreator. Not listening to it anymore but I used to like it a lot and for a pretty long time too. I really liked the "Paradise Lost" demo tape. Think from 1989, maybe 1990. I don't really remember the one called "Paradise Lost". Really cool, but I'm not listening to it anymore. And then some of metal tracks that I still occasionally listen to. Because, you know, I don't mainly listen to metal music. I listen to all sorts of other music, like opera and electronic music. But I also sometimes listen to metal music. And some of the tracks. I really like"Heart of steel" by Manowar. And that's really strange because I really, really, really don't like anything of the other tracks they have ever made, but that one is fantastic. And I also sometimes listen to "A Fine Day to Die" by Bathory. Really cool track. And "Final Countdown" by Europe. Kinda like that, you know? Before I come to the metal music that I actually listen to even today, I have to say that there are probably a lot of really good metal bands out there, and they probably deserved to be listened to. But I don't really have the time to listen to all that much. And I kind of like what I've always liked and I don't want to change. I'm very conservative. In the car I have a Bathory "Hammerheart" CD and I play it pretty much... not all the time, but quite often. I really like it, and it's without any doubt the best Bathory album ever. I started out listening to Iron Maiden and I still do. Didn't listen to him continuously since I started listening to them, but I returned to listening to them. And I really like "Somewhere in Time". And I have that CD in the car and I listen to it a lot. And I am a musician myself, and I made music mainly because I wanted to listen to my own music. So I occasionally listen to Burzum too in the car and also on my computer every now and then. Although I just listen to it on YouTube because it's on YouTube, so why not? But again, by and large I mostly listen to other types of music. I like opera, I like electronic music, I like some classical music, Chaikovsky. And sometimes I listen to, you know, Russian doomer music. Kino, Dead can dance. Although Kino he...[1] That's a band with... just like Manowar. They have some good tracks and the rest is absolutely garbage. But Kino some really cool tracks. And the CD that I listen the most to, I have it in the car, is without any doubt "Disintegration" by the cure. And I especially like track 5 and 9, and I don't like track 6 at all, but other than that everything is pretty good on that CD. But especially track 9 and 5, and I think I will never grow tired of it. And the same with Dead Can Dance CD "Within the Realm of a Dying Sun". I can listen to it, you know... I listen to it since 1992, and I never stopped. That is quality music. When it comes to other metal music, I have no idea. I don't know the bands you mention, don't know the metal artists you mention, never heard their music. And I'm not really interested because, you know, I have the music I like. I don't want to change that. If it works, don't fix it. Thanks for watching. Bye-Bye.
