Should women train hard? Let's find out.
You might wonder why the women, the traditional women of the past did not ride horses like men. They sat on both feet on one side. You might wonder why they didn't train hard to become physically strong like men. It's because it's very harmful for them. If you take women, athletes, they are over-represented with fairly serious health problems related to their physical training.
If you are a woman and you intend to not pee on yourself before you are 25 and before you even have had one child. If you are a woman and want to not shit your pants uncontrollably, even before you are 25, you know, haven't had any children yet. If you are a woman who doesn't want to, when you have a child, be ripped open from your vagina all the way down to the anal section,[1] because your muscles are so strong there that they resist the childbirth, then you should not train physically hard.
And with that said, I am not telling women to be couch potatoes, to be fat and unhealthy. I am not telling women to not eat healthily.[2] I am not telling women to, you know, not be physically active.
They should not jump on trampolines though. They should not ride horses like men. They should NOT lift weights. Squat. Squatting is the worst a woman can do. She will ruin herself. They should not run a lot. And when "The Golden One" is unaware of these problems, I don't think it's because he ignores this. I think it's because women in the gym are not going to tell him, "Hi Marcus, I'm just going to leave for a little minute because I just shat my pants, because my muscles can't hold it anymore. They're ruined by physical training, by weightlifting." They're not going to tell you that, Marcus. But this happens a lot. This happens all the time to women who train physically hard.

If you go to athletes, you will see a trend there. They do not have many children.[4] I'm talking about female athletes here. They might have one, maybe two, but I think that we can agree that when a woman is being ripped open every time she gives birth, it doesn't tempt her to try it again, so to speak. Traditional women ride horses with both their feet on one side of the horse because they don't want to be suffering from these problems.[5] They want to be able to have a good health for giving birth to children, for having children, of course, and for being able to raise them without having to pee and shit on themselves uncontrollably for the rest of their lives.
And then to the topic of ideals, because, dear Marcus, you promote a health ideal that is unhealthy for women, not just in relation to what I just talked about, but also in relation to actual fertility. If women have too little fat, they won't be able to have children. Of course, if they have a lot of fat, it's the same problem, but in order to lose fertility in that direction, you need to be obese. Fat women aren't infertile. Obese women might suffer from it, not fat women.[6] Because women, and I'm not promoting the ideal of fat women, I'm promoting the ideal of healthy women, and I am objecting to your promotion of the ideal of these muscular, fatless women.
Really skinny women are less fertile and even infertile. They even lose their menstruation because of that, because they don't have fat on their bodies. In order to produce a child, the body needs to be able to feed itself and the child. The body is smart and it will shut down the reproductive system of women if they don't have enough fat, because if they become pregnant in that situation where they are starving, from nature's point of view, they'll die and they'll lose their child. And then, of course, a lot of women will come to me and say, "that's not true, I have menstruation, I'm really skinny". Yeah, well, you have the menstruation, but you have it because you use the prevention pill. And the prevention pill gives you artificial menstruations. You're still infertile, sorry.[7] When you stop taking that pill and you're really skinny, you no longer have the menstruation. And if you use the pill for a prolonged period, you might never get it back.
And I wish to stress, really stress, that I am not promoting obesity and laziness and women being fat as an ideal. I am promoting healthy women that have a healthy physical activity level. You don't need to lift weights in order to eat healthy. You don't need to be an athlete in order to learn and know a lot about nutrition and what's healthy and what's not. So, sorry Marcus, you are promoting the sterilization of European women and you are addressing those women who are pro-European. And you are trying to make pro-European women become less fertile or even infertile or unwilling to have more than one or two children. Because if they do, they will be ripped open again all the way to the anus. Because their muscles are so strong and they're not supposed to be.[8] When you are pregnant, when you're giving birth, hormones are even released to loosen up these muscles. Because that's necessary for the child to exit, normally. And if that muscle is trained and rock hard, the woman has a problem.

- Tearing is common during birth, but for athletic women it is muchmore common and also a lot more serious.
- Athletic women are often MORE healthy than other women, because they eat better food.
- And they don't know that it's BECAUSE they train hard, because of people like YOU, Marcus, who tell them that training hard is good for them.
- Don't bother giving me some example of me being wrong. Exceptions don't disprove the rule.
- And because of that, they are barely teared, if at all.
