The Real Problem Isn't Rohan's Refugee Crisis. It is Orcophobia and an Anti Orc Backlash.

Open borders means tolerance. And yet, the Alt-Rohirrim never grow eary of warmongering. They make every effort to sow discontent in our new multicultural era of living side-by-side with peaceful, innocent Uruk Hai who are seeking asylum and assimilation in Rohan. Orcophobia is always wrong, and so is the Alt-Rohirrim's relentless propaganda. The isolated incidents that Rohan's nationalists keep harping on about are not the fault of Isengardism (a peaceful ideology), but of a few troubled orcs who just need our help coping with life in Middle Earth. Perpetuating the stereotype of savage, crazed orcs devouring manflesh and ravaging the Westfold paints all orcs in an unfair light, and isn't helpful in our new era of Pan Orcism. We are all citizens of Middle Earth; let's behave like it.

The Trans-Rohan-Alliance-Pact (TRAP), will bring King Theoden and his people a glorious new multicultural are of open borders, increased orc protection in the Westfold, and low cost orc products like maggoty bread and the finest manflesh jerky outside Mordor.
