Is there one thing in particular that I like about Americans? Let's find out.
What I really like about Americans.
If I make an argument and I prove my point with reason, with facts, and then some people come to me and say "you can't be right, you're not a scholar!". And we see that a lot in the UK, we see it a lot in France, and I guess elsewhere in Europe too. But we don't see it a lot in the USA. In the USA, if you make a point, if you prove it, they don't care if you have some papers or not. They are able to think things over, they are able to analyse this on their own and judge it based on the facts that you present,[1]not on the papers that you have in the background, on the wall.
Whether you are a scholar or not, if you can prove your point, I think you're right. And if you are a scholar, telling me that "you're not right, I know better because I'm a scholar", that's not an argument. Here in Europe, to a much larger degree, you will see people trust and believe in scholars only because they're scholars. Even when they don't disprove you, even when they cannot explain what you have explained, they believe in them.
If you are a scholar and you think I am wrong,[2]when I analyse Valhalla, when I analyse the Tree of Life and so forth, like I do in this book, if you want to have an argument, you need to make an argument. Just claiming that you're a scholar and that other scholars support you, that's not an argument. If you are able to prove me wrong, I'm sure you will. And if you don't prove me wrong, then I'm sure that you're not able to.[3]
So this goes out to all the scholars out there. If you think I'm wrong, prove it. Come up with a better explanation than I have in this book. And to the Americans, and Europeans too, who don't bow down to their "authority". Kudos to you. Thanks for watching.[4]
"No, you are wrong, i know better because i'm a scholar!"
"Huh, you can't be right, you are not a scholar!"
"You are not right, i know better because i'm a scholar!"[5]

"Hallalujah! A scholar has spoken! Kneel peasants! Kneel to his authority! So you doubt the words of Go... I mean formal education?!"If I explain a myth, explain what it's really all about, and you're a scholar, and you think you know better, then you have to explain to me what the meaning of the myth really is. If you don't know, then you can't know that my interpretation is wrong. And if you think my interpretation is wrong, and you don't know what the real interpretation is, then you have no argument.

- Not all Americans do this, and yes many Europeans too do this.
- "I" as in "my wife and me".
- I am sure you want to, and would if you could.
- Spread the message, like these guys are doing.
- How about you (((scholars))) present some better argument than this?
